What is the purpose of the Questionnaire?
We are eager to receive your ideas as part of developing an arts on prescription scheme in Gwynedd.
What is the definition of the Arts? Is the Arts for everyone?
The definition of the Arts is very wide ranging and there is something for everyone. It can be one, a combination, or all of the following – music, drama, dance, the visual arts and applied arts, photography, film, circus, street arts, carnival, literature, digital arts, crafts, multi-media, sculpture, poetry, music theatre, singing, community arts.
What does Arts on Prescription mean?
In the same way as you would receive medication through prescription, we are looking at how we can offer arts on prescription in Gwynedd and what would be the best way of doing this. We are keen to receive your opinions and ideas as part of the work.
Who can complete the questionnaire? How will the data be used?
The questionnaire is for Gwynedd residents. An organisation, volunteer or professional worker can also complete the questionnaire on behalf of a group of people or on behalf of an individual.
There is no need to include your personal details (name or address). Your response will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act (2018). We will not be able to identify you and we will not share your details with any other organisation. We will only use your response as part of the Arts on Prescription Research, and it will be deleted within 6 months of the research being completed.
