The Council will use your information in order to be able to contact you to discuss the next steps if your property is suitable, or to ask for further information if needed.

We will process your personal information in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the UK General Data Protegion Regulation - legitimate interest.
The Council will not use your information for making automated decisions or profiling.
Sharing your information
The information you provide will not be shared with any other organisations.
The Council will not transfer your personal information to another country.
How long we keep your information
We will store your information for the duration of the Gwynedd Housing Action Plan, namely until the end of the 2026-27 financial year.
