Gwynedd Council and the Snowdonia National Park are conducting a ‘Wild Camping’ survey in order to develop knowledge and opinion from Leisure vehicle owners. Motorhome and Campervan ‘Wild camping’ has in the past few years been a topic of discussion in Gwynedd especially in certain areas where notable effect and trace is being put on local communities and the environment.
(What do we mean by ‘Wild camping’ – parking and sleeping in your vehicle in a non-official campsites i.e. car park, forest, lay-by, beach etc.)
The information collected will be essential in assisting us in building knowledge that will be used to improve the management of ‘wild camping’, meet the current needs of visiting leisure vehicle owners, communities and local businesses. We would be very grateful if you could take a moment to complete the survey that should only take a few minutes of your time.
